This is a pair of 4-inch 2-way birch solid wood empty speaker kits. Shipped in pieces, the buyer must assemble, polish, paint or apply wood wax oil.

The empty enclosure after assembling

Please note,

1. Drill the holes in the front panel as in the default diameter. If need to change the hole size of the treble and woofer unit, please leave a message to the seller.

2. The board is made of birch solid wood board, and the surface will have knots, if you mind it, please don't buy it.

Assembling processes

1. Apply a proper amount of white latex to the bond of each board.

2. Splicing according to following illustration, between the board and the board, glued with white latex.

3. Secure with a clip. After the glue has dried out, release the clip.

4. Next, polishing, painted or coat the cabinet.

5. After the paint is dry, one pair of air speakers is basically completed.

Returns Policy
