About shipping
1.Important: Import duties, taxes and other customs related charges all are not included into shipping cost . Buyers bear all responsibility for all extra charges incurred (if any).
2. We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address MUST MATCH your Shipping address. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

4.Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. There are two options for shippig as below.
A. Standard Shipping(≤2KG): The Post Registered Air Mail, USPS/ePacket, PostNL, Singapore Post, or DHL Global Mail
B. Express Shipping: EMS, DHL, UPS , or Fedex, Special Route.,etc. For faster shipping and smooth transaction, we will change the shipping company among them
C. Economy Shipping: China Air Post Mail / Parcel, Hongkong Air Post Mail / Parcel, or shipment by sea etc
RETURNS POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

1. One year Manufacturer`s limited Warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt). Accessories come with a 3-month warranty.
2. Defective items MUST BE reported and returned within the warranty period (with the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number. IWISTAO Tube FM Stereo Radio Tuner Finished PCBA Preamplifier Version 6C11 No Including Power Transformer HIFI Audio

Maybe, it is just an other nostalgic mood for the tube FM radio head, even most of FM radio that is made of ICs today. But, When you put the tube FM radio head or use a casint to install it inside,and then turn tuning the quadruple air capacitor to listen, it seems to have returned to the old days of childhood, everything becomes more and more comfortable.
At this moment, you are listen the warm and soft sound from it, perherps broadcast content has become less important, it is important that but it is one with the thoughts that fly mood. . . . .
This tube FM radio head adopted tube 6C11, and its rectifier adopted tube 6Z4. Its signal reception and treatment adopted classical tube circuit, and used TA7343 as a stereo decoder that then result in stereo output. After stereo FM signal input power amplifier system for amplification, you will listen to FM radio with musical tube sound.
For this preamplifier version, we added a tube 6N2 as preamplifier after FM decoding, so it is able to match tube amplifier and improve sound volume.
This kit has been tuned, connected to a suitable transformer, will be able to work properly.
Connection Diagram
Please connect the wires of power transformer , FM antenna (ANT), and signal output with the PCBA as below. Then, output connect with your amplifier system.
1. Main GND include 0 wire of 230V-0-230V and GND wire of the power transformer. Please select the power transformer with same voltage and main GND wire if you use owned transformer.
Suggest to use an original power transformer.(if you need buy, plese click here)
2. The length of FM antenna (ANT) is 2~3m wire indoor, or outdoor if possible it get better receiving.
